We are a small team and we read every message.

Before you write

• Sign-in: open the plugin, press Sign in and finish in the browser window. If you created an account, confirm your email first.
• Credits: your balance is shown in the plugin. Failed actions return their credits automatically.
• Billing: manage or cancel your plan from the plugin (Manage subscription). Receipts come from Lemon Squeezy.
• Refunds: see the Refund Policy.

What to include

• the email address of your Exhibit account;
• what you were doing and what happened;
• a screenshot of the plugin, and the log from the progress panel if there is one;
• for billing questions, your order number.
